OpenLaneGrants is a service of Clean Freight Consultants Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use OpenLaneGrants, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

When you create an account and complete your business profile, we collect information including:

• Contact details (name, email address, business name)
• Business information (industry, location, size, revenue, ownership details you choose to provide)
• Content you submit for grant matching and application drafting, including your Master Answer Bank profile
• Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe — we do not store your card details ourselves

3. How we use your information

• To match your business against grant and tender opportunities
• To generate requirements checklists and drafted application content on your behalf
• To send you matching digests and reminders about applications in progress
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To respond to support requests

4. Third parties we work with

We use the following service providers to operate OpenLaneGrants, each of which processes a limited portion of your data to perform their function:

• Supabase — database hosting and account authentication
• Anthropic — AI processing used to match grants and draft application content
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — email delivery for login codes, digests, and reminders
• Vercel — website and application hosting

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. International data transfer

We operate in both Canada and the United States, and the service providers listed above may process or store data in either country. By using OpenLaneGrants, you consent to your information being processed in these jurisdictions.

6. Data retention

We retain your business profile and application data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return or as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).

7. Cookies

We use only the minimal cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the service. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at privacy@openlanegrants.com.

9. Children's privacy

OpenLaneGrants is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
